What flavors are available?

The Green Banana – tropical, pineapple-banana flavor, made with organic spinach.

Cherry Chia - a deliciously sweet pop, made with cherries and omega-3 powerhouse organic chia seeds.

Strawberry Chia – the ultimate omega-3 and antioxidant-rich pop, made with refreshing whole organic strawberries and organic chia seeds.

Silky Pear – a smooth, creamy pop, made with organic pear and avocado.

Tangy Orange – a sweet and citrusy orange flavor, made with organic carrots.

Do your products contain nuts?

Our products contain no nuts.  However, while we use separate equipment, our production site is not a nut-free facility. 

Do your products contain dairy, wheat, or soy?

Our products contain no dairy, wheat, soy, or corn.  However, while we use separate equipment, our production site is not a dairy- wheat- soy- or corn-free facility.

My family is vegan.  Are TruPops vegan?

My family follows Paleo eating guidelines.  Are TruPops Paleo-friendly?

Yes, TruPops are Paleo-friendly.  TruPops contain no added sugars, dairy, or grain products.  For a list of ingredients for each of our TruPops flavors, please visit the Ingredients and Nutritional Information tab on our website.

My family or child follows a GAPS diet.  Are TruPops GAPS-friendly?

Yes, TruPops are GAPS-friendly.  Our pops contain whole fruits and vegetables, with no added sugar, sweeteners, or preservatives.  For a list of ingredients for each of our TruPops flavors, please visit the Ingredients and Nutritional Information tab on our website.

Do your products contain added sugar?

Our products contain no added sugars.  The only sugar you will find in TruPops are those that naturally occur in whole fruits and vegetables.  For a list of ingredients for each of our TruPops flavors, please visit the Ingredients and Nutritional Information tab on our website.

Do your products contain artificial colors, flavors or preservatives?

Where can I buy TruPops?

Currently, you can buy TruPops at the Reston Farmers & Indie Arts Market (in Lake Anne Plaza).  Please check the Farmers Market Schedule on our website and follow us on Facebook for information about where to find us.

You can also place an advance order of 10 or more TruPops by contacting us via email.  Special orders will be available for pick-up from the Reston Farmers & Indie Arts Market.  Large orders of 50+ are available for local delivery.  

How do I order TruPops for my family, school, day care, company, or for a special event?

To place a large order, please send us an email.  Orders of 50 or more TruPops can be delivered locally.

Who makes TruPops?

TruPops are made by TruMom Foods, LLC, which was founded in 2013 in Ashburn, Virginia, by three busy moms: Heather Fruzzetti, Bree Murphy, and Cecilia Showalter.  Click here for more information about the TruMoms.
